About us
The idea for the concept of Protein House emerged in 2013 when its co-founder faced the problem of finding a place that offers “clean food” and where a training person can eat with a clear conscience and without compromising on quality.
Since the time required for shopping and cooking is something that a person with a busy daily schedule DOES NOT have, a kitchen from which a full-day menu can be ordered, prepared with high-quality products, would be a great convenience for the modern person.
And so, a year later, in 2014, the idea for Protein House became a reality. The experience gained over these 9 years is invaluable!
The fast-paced daily life and routine have imposed the culture of “fast food” and ready-made meals, but we strongly believe in the new trends and ideas that an active person with a dynamic lifestyle chooses to eat with thought and care for their own health. At Protein House, you will find well-balanced daily, weekly, and monthly menus, prepared with fresh and high-quality products, suitable for both active athletes and all lovers of healthy food and cuisine.

At Protein House, we prepare food in state-of-the-art combi ovens for healthy cooking. We cook at low temperatures using steam to preserve the amino acid composition of all products.
